LIMITED WARRANTY
Slide-Lok warrants to the purchaser that its products shall be free, under normal use and service, from defects in material or workmanship for the life of the product from date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, misuse or neglect of the product, excessive weight or damage by a common carrier.
A claim under this Limited Warranty may be made by calling 800-835-1759. You must retain original sales order and receipt to make a valid claim.
Slide-Lok shall have a reasonable length of time, after notice and recognition of a claim or defect hereunder, to remedy such defect by repair or replacement in accordance with this Limited Warranty.
SLIDE-LOK’s LIABILITY HEREUNDER IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE COST OF MATERIAL FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE GOODS AND SHALL NOT EXTEND TO OR INCLUDE ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR CHARACTER.
